Over the years I've heard folks give their opinions about something.  That's good, unless the opinion is unfounded or a flat out misconception.

I have found that truth doesn't give a  FUCK what your opinions are.

Today's Training:

Bench: 4 rep max  PRE=7

Incline DB Chest Press: 40 reps in four sets or less w/ same weight as last week

Elevation Push Ups: 40 reps 4 sets or less

Tricep Rope Push Down: 40 reps in 4 sets or less w/ same wt as last week

BB Curl: 40 reps in 4 sets or less w/same wt as last week

AirDyne: Push it for 18 minutes hard

Bike Commute: 20 minute
