I was training with my fellow meathead Malecki the other night- trap bar deads paired with incline bench. I wasn't going to go through my whole shoulder warm up routine (laziness) for a light movement (wasn't going over 185, actually in this case 165 with a light bar).

So I shortened the ROM and was pressing toward my chin with flared elbows. It felt great on my triceps so I did a few sets of 20 and was pleasantly surprised with the pump I got.

So if you:

1. Don't have a board or shoulder saver

2. Want to try a new tricep variation

3. Or don't have anything better to do, try these...

Incline Tricep Press/Ext - elbows flared, aim for your chin
