This seems so much like a real training post that it makes me want to puke but I have had, and have so much other shit to get done I haven’t had time to write and post much of anything. I guess having a real job makes this shit way harder to do but #noexcuses. I’ll get back on my game soon. #fuckingwork getting in the way of my instatraining! Maybe I’ll add more to this later.

One clip is reverse bands and the other against bands. Suppose I can’t make up my mind. These show the difference in speed between my max effort and dynamic effort work. If you use these methods your bar speed should be as different (or more so) than mine.
