Right now, I'm an ass to train with (not coached by but actual training partner).  When the reasons are even legit, I'm adding weight and reps.  You know, just to be a dick about things.

The answer to every issue is "Go up", " Add weight", "Try harder".

While there are many technical reasons for the failure, sometimes a Parental..."Because I said so..." is all a person needs.

And seriously, don't cop an attitude, roll the eye or cock the neck else we throwing.

The proverbial boot in the ass.
