Update

Okay, training has been going well.

I am going tomorrow to get a manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) on my elbow, I will try and get a video so I can show.  Otherwise life is good and clients are kicking ass.

My client Noah Syndegaard just became the first pitcher to hit two home runs in a game in 9 year (struck out 10 last night)
