meet this weekend went well--I will post videos as they go up. Got all of my training in abbreviated some workouts but hammered it out and very intense.

Squats--singles felt good
farmers walks 4 x 20 yards, felt very good
ghr 6 x 3
abdominal work
treadmill sprints
Today (remember this all changing next week) Sled Flys 25 yards x 4 sets felt great cable incline fly 12,10,8,20 t bar chest supported row 8,8,6,5,15 occlusion arm training 10 sets neck work Here is some heavy sled work from last week
