Headed to a powerlifting meet, here is how I finished the week

(Remember I can't go crazy yet, still rehabbing so I would organize way different if 100%)

lean away incline lateral raise 5 sec eccentric-6,6,6,6

Superset with 1 pull up working ROM, felt great

25 push ups

t3 raise-8,8,

25 push ups

Rear Delt fly-12,12,12

25 push ups

One arm cable row--12, 10,8--giant set with 12 seated cable flys and max push ups

This Was Tues..................rest of week finished strong will post later, headed to a powerlifting meet

I will be better about updating frequently next week and on............on the bright side the push ups are hitting pecs hard from the increased elbow flexion
