The cruise I am on actually has good equipment minus barbells or strongman implements, been walking 5 miles a day or so and often carrying a 50 pound kid

So here is the upper body cluster set workout I did, each cluster set was 5 minutes and rest 15 seconds, reps varied as noted

pec deck x 10

Seated Row x 6

lateral raise marine x 12

Straight arm pulldown x 10

Triceps pushdown x 10
