Vinny D and I were chatting over the weekend.  Now we put together a cool idea that we will be bi-coastally implementing.  (Pretty sure that's not a word)

I'm excited, Vincent is as well.  THIS could be fun!

 

Today's Training:

Standing Overhead Press:

Work up to a heavy 3 reps beating last weeks number.

Move the weight up in 10% increments.

 

DB Lateral Raise: 4x10

DB Front Raise: 3x10

Shrugs: 4x10

Barbell Curl: 3x10

DB Curl: 3x10

Concentration Curl: 3x10
