Throughout the years I've had friends recommend or request that I write a book.

I always think that "sure, why not. Seems like a good idea", but then I stop and think, "who the heck would want to read it?"

I mean really, write about training? There are VOLUMES of that stuff.

Write about nutrition? Again, there are volumes of that too.

How about my musings? My response to that is, "who really cares about that?"

Then out of the blue, my wife says, "You can call it 'Selkow Approved' with the handprint as a cover". Then she tells me, "ya know???? You have more to add when it comes to training programs, nutritional guidance, and your 'musings'"

Me being negative Ned, ask her, "like what?"

She rattled off about a dozen things that are totally unique to me and my personality that SHE uses to council people.

She tells me that there are quite a few of HER colleagues and friends that read my EliteFTS post that aren't even into Fitness, or Strength and Conditioning. Some read it for the "Simplicity" that I make clear.

Hmmm, so I wonder??? Should I attempt to put pen to paper?

On this one, I'm not too sure if there is a calling for it.

I think I'll leave this one up to God.
