I remember being told to walk it off when I took a shot to the leg, or had the wind knocked out of me.

When we would fall off our bikes as kids doing dumb stuff and scrapping a shin or an elbow, the medical advise that came shooting out our 9 year old mouths was to simply rub some dirt on it.

Those weren't the worst ideas I've ever heard and is now a part of my resurgence to take back "badassery" as we use to know it.

We try to pin point every ache and pain these days.  Every trainer is a closet Orthopedic Surgeon without his degree.  We will traction, band, roll, crush, super ice, super heat, ART, Yoga, Body work, message, x ray, MRI, DDI, or yakity hack yak everything that doesn't get us through our next whatever.

I am numb to the complaints.

I am brain dead to the Hyper-sensitive.

Before rushing to Google your next unnecessary operation, how about trying to WALK IT OFF?

Miss a lift?  Rub some dirt on it!

Not feeling it today?   Bluff, because having a PAIR OF BALLS will beat EVERYTHING when you gamble correctly.
