Always do something fun and different, this week I took my son to "Pump it up" and we both climbed up every single slide and did bounce houses for 90 minutes

Thursday

Since I nailed my goal with the rows this was kind of a free lance workout--after Tuesday I get my deload, which will be welcomed feeling a bit beat down

Deficit Deadlifts-3x3 (strength feels okay but out of the groove)

Shrugs Heavy-8,8,20

Seated Rows-8x8 30 sec break

Hatfield Back raises-3 sets of 8

Lat Pulldowns Cable on knees-12,12,12

 

Friday

Jump Rope, Hit the Bag

-Juarez valley 20 push ups, this was brutal!

-Dips sets of 5 1 and 1/4reps (went to failure which was the 5th set)

-Straight Arm pulldowns 3 sets of 12

-band pull aparts 4 sets of 20

Felt great today best upper body has felt this decade!
