It's summer.  It's hot in the summer.  People sweat when it's hot.  Wipe your sweat off the equipment with your own towel.

I'm in  a gym that has no air conditioning.  Some people sweat at THINKING of training.  My folks come with their own mopping system.

Do everyone a favor an don't swap cooling fluid with your training partners or worse someone you don't know who's in the gym

Tier I

4 hole pin pull v. medium bands:

-Work up to a 4 RM

-4x10x50% of that 4 RM

 

45 Degree Back Extension: 4x12

Reverse Hyper w/ pause on contraction: 4x12

 

Bike Commute

Sprint: 10x50 yards

 

Tier II

Squat: 5x15  DEEP!

Chain Lunges: 3 sets x 36 steps dropping a chain at 12 and 24

GHR: 5x15

Leg Press: 3x30 2/3 rep with no lock out
