Why: I had convinced myself that today would be a day of reps and technical work. The Plan was 80% x 2 x 5 sets on both snatch and clean and jerk with light squats, light Viking Squats and heavy pulls in the session. Before I headed to the gym a friend reminded me that I can't really train TECHNIQUE at 80% anymore...I need 90% +. I need to be training at the point where things go wrong and THAT is where I need to force myself to be better. So the plan was to spend extra time warming up and then start moving quickly!
