Three ways to avoid criticism: Do nothing, Say nothing, and Be nothing...

I got together with my old pal Benny Podda at his cave.  He has missed me tremendously.  He was so thoughtful in hooking up a generator for my internet access that I ran through a wall to show him my appreciation.

 

 

 

Today's Training:

Pull Ups: 2

Push Ups: 5

Chin Ups: 2

Dips: 5

Cat/Camels: 10

Bird Dogs: 10

Side Shuffle: 10x10 yards

Frankenstein Walks: 5x10 yards

Knee Circles: 10 on each leg

Dead Lift:

3 pin Pull for 3 reps.  You must beat last weeks number that you did for FIVE.

Cut the new weight in half and do FOUR sets of 10 reps

 

RDL: 4x10 @the same wt you used for the 10 rep dead lift

 

Back Extension: 4x10

Air Dyne Bike: 16 minutes

Warm Up Sprint: 10x10 yards

Sprint: 10x50 yards @90%
