Resources, and why I think it’s good to not always have what you need.
How many times have we seen, heard or read someone say, "I’d love to train that way, but I do not have X?" Examples: I’d love to train in conjugate but don’t have chains and bands. I’d love to build my upper back up but don’t have an SS Yoke Bar.
While I’d love to answer, just go to @elitefts and buy what you need as they do help but also take away a lost art of training, that being “thinking”.
When we get stuck we have to think, be resourceful, use our imagination, think outside the box, push the edges.
You will be amazed at how well you will figure things out that will fall directly in line with your objectives - many times better than what the original plan called for.
If you think about it, isn’t this exactly how all the best training ideas have been crafted in the first place?
