I thought the Powerlifting Experience was incredible and not just from the perspective of helping people.  I’ve been a fan of EliteFTS for a LONG time, and one thing I’ve noticed is that EliteFTS is what it is today because of the people it’s comprised of.  Solid information and products are critical to it’s success, but ultimately, it is the people that this company aligns itself with that are truly invaluable.  The people that came out for the Powerlifting Experience didn’t come out because of the products; they didn’t show up the few hours before registration in the hopes that maybe there would be a sale or two.  They came because the S4 Compound is a house to legends.  They came to meet Dave.  They came to talk to Clint. They came to get pictures with their roles models in their respective sports and get world class coaching that you can’t really put a price on.  Attendees didn’t need to have good numbers to be able to take lessons back home with them.  All they needed was their attention and dedication that they had already proven.  Our athletes aren’t just athletes. They are real, genuine, people.  They are people that will sit down and talk to anyone.  Our athletes are as down to earth as they come.  The fact that 164 PRs were set was a true testament to our athletes’ abilities to coach, communicate, and interact with complete strangers.  The name of the event says it all. Powerlifting Experience. There are three takeaways here:

Power

It was empowering.  It gave people the tools, critiques, and inspiration they need to improve themselves and their abilities.

Lifting

It was uplifting.  Watching peoples’ faces as their favorite athletes shook their hand, spoke one-on-one, and gave them more than just sport advice… I felt proud to be a part of a company that enabled that.  My day was spent in in a constant state of cheer.

Experience

It was one hell of an experience.  To sit in a room filled with the strongest men and women in the world was mind-blowing in itself.  I was only a spectator, making sure that bars were loaded and people were happy, but I learned so much in watching everyone else and listening to our athletes coach.
