What makes you happy?  That's a tougher question to answer than it is to ask.

Try it on someone.  If they are unsure, what does that say?

What if they don't have an answer?

Now for the kicker...if the thing(s) that make you happy are true, then why don't we invest more time into those things that are making you happy?

Not sure of the answer, but the question has me thinking and rethinking many things.

I'd love to read some responses.

Super Legs:

These following exercises IN ORDER are to be done as quick as possible while maintaining proper form.

Five rounds of 20 reps EACH.

Single Leg exercises are to be done 20 reps PER leg.

All with body weight only.

1. Squat

2. Split Squat

3. Squat

4. Rear Stepping Lunge

5. Jump Squat (clear the ground by an inch or two)

6. Jump Lunge

 

THEN:

Dynamic Squat: 10x2x55% or I used 275 lbs

Dead Lifts: 10x2x Same weight.

GHR: 4x12

Wind Sprints: 5x100 yards after proper RE warm up
