I think about the training we are doing way back in late December and what I'd like my groups to accomplish by when.
I think about the training session we are doing at the beginning of the month when I figure out how to lay out the programming to get "X" amount of session A,B,C, and D done.
I think about the training session at the beginning of the week making sure we all hit the numbers we are suppose to be hitting.
I think about the training session the night before it takes place, making sure the organization and administration of the routine will run smoothly and without delay.
It's not until I forget about the training session does MY training session BEGIN!
