Then 5x10@55% of the heaviest weight

AirDyne (conditioning) for 20 minutes of steady state movement

Lat Pulldown w/ a medium width grip: 5x10

Ab Wheel Roll Out: 5x10

45 degree Back Extension: 5x10

Single Leg Reach: 5x10
