Pop Your Heart Wed.
AirDyne: 25 minutes
Row: 5 minutes steady followed by 10 Tabata type rows.
20 seconds BALLS to the wall...10 second recovery...20 MORE seconds balls to the wall equals ONE!
Because the CrossFit element was also using the rowers, I took a selected few to do INVERTED (from the backside) Versi-Climbers.
10 sets of 50 steps.
In the meanwhile, I took my EM-50 Urban Assault Vehicle in for it's maintenance. I got back it's report card and decided to "hold off" on the major expenses that could be held on as it was "needing watched" but not imperative. IE tires are wearing a bit. So I take that as ok drive on for a few but keep an eye on it. Mind you, my GILFmobile is 10 years old and it's on the "to do" list of replacement soon so I'm not jacked up to put much into it. I no sooner turn the corner for the last street to my house when I hear POW! then a dragging sound. I think that maybe the boys didn't tighten my shit up when they had it up in the air. Things aren't to far in distance. It always DEPENDS on traffic in California that determines the time expense. I drive it directly back to the service place.
Well, the great city of Pleasanton doesn't do such a fine job cleaning its streets especially with as many commercial vehicles that travel through my neat little town. Yea...I had to buy the tires. TWO to be exact! Ah well, I got some new wiper blades to soften the blow, and that's good because we have a few strong systems coming in over the Pacific.
