Today's Training:

AirDyne: 30 minutes

Prowler: 3x triples of 360 yards (yea, you read that right)

I have a 60-yard place to push the Prowler.  So a round trip equals 120 yards.  Doing THREE round trips equals 360 yards.  Although the objective to sprint the distance, nothing anyone could do that didn't exhaust the muscle and have it singing.  A couple of folks even needed to WALK the final distances (and THAT was OK)

Needless to say, this was a LOT of fun!!!  Nothing like the taste of bile in your throat first thing in the morning.  muahahahaha
