Yesterday's training was brutal.  Eccentrics make a person SORE as heck!

I woke up this morning with my lats hanging out from under my armpit and had me thinking how the hell was I going to pull deadlifts?

When I asked the others on the team how they felt?  I got the same response..."Sore!"

So yep...we pulled and for the most part, pulled mightily.

We had a lot of decent numbers with spot-on techniques.

The teams have had a good training cycle thus far!

 

Today's Training:

AirDyne: 30 mins

Dead Lift:

use enough mats to place the plates on the bar 3" up

Work up in singles with a double overhand grip

Once the grip fails add a little more weight to the bar and hit it with either a reciprocating grip or a hook grip.

 

Ab Wheel: 3x20

Ab Crunch: 200 reps

45 degree back extension: 3x10

Bike Commute: 26 mins.
