Run: 5K

DB Chest Press: 4x4x70 then 40 reps in as few sets as possibl

Women use 35-35 lbs

 

Push Ups: 10x10

 

Barbell Overhead Press: 4x4x105 then 40 reps in as few sets as possible

Women use 50 lbs

 

DB Lateral Raise: 4x4x35 lbs then 40 reps in as few sets as possible

Women use: 15-25 lbs

 

AirDyne: 10x10/50
