Today's Training:

1000 rep Arms

Done in super sets of antagonistic muscle groups the following were done for 5 sets of 20 reps:

Barbell Curl  SS/ DB Supine Tri Ext.

 

Hammer Curls ss/ Rope Pushdowns

 

Rev. Grip Curl ss/Dips

 

Seated BB Curl ss/ C/S Tri Kick Back

 

Concentration Curl ss/ Reverse Grip Push down

 

Since there were so many folks training at the same time and to keep myself awake I chose to do:

Chin Ups: 500 reps

Dips: 500 reps

Yes, my hands are hamburger!
