Change happens when you least expect it, and it lasts indefinitely. Preparation won’t suffice, but adaptability will. A personal willingness to accept change and to adapt to it is what allows you to flourish in the unknown. Preparation is just the byproduct of a willingness to try.

 

Today's Training:

DB Chest Press: +5 lbs more than last week

Work UP slowly in reps of 8.  Once you get to the weight you used last week, add five more pounds and do three sets of 8

 

Incline DB Chest Press:

Drop 10 lbs from the previous press and do 3x8

 

Stretcher Push Ups: 3x30

 

DB Lateral Raise: 4x10

 

Spider Walks: 4x4

 

Bike Commute: 20 minutes
