While doing the box squat today, we experimented with different foot placements.  Once settled we began to hit our work sets.  For me, I like my stance outside by shoulders with a slight toe out angle.

 

1. Dynamic Squat

58% for 8 sets of 2 reps (45-60 sec rest)

3 warm up sets of 5 reps
1 work sets to failure - max # of reps
