Dynamic Dead Lift: 15x2 @ 50% ish

Rear Stepping Lunge: 50 on each leg

Reverse Hyper: 3x10

Pull ups: 30 reps

Blast Strap Row: 30 reps

Sprints: 10x50 yards

Bike Commute: 22 minutes
