Basically took off From Sunday to Sunday---for a family vacation.

Movement wise felt great, strength wise felt great, stamina was off
--dips, band pull apart superset do 12 dips, 10 band pull aparts on the minute
-48 minutes on minutes, felt fast, powerful and on mechanically but was gassing.............
-foot work drills
