12 Minute Swing interval (goal was 20 sets) of 6 with 150, made in 10:49

Conditioning feels really good right now.

After pulled my sons around the block in a wagon, maybe a half hours (not a lot of intensity lol) more or less a discussion of good hiding places for dinosaurs in the neighborhood trees

 

Sunday off

Monday

Sparred 4--3 minute roads, conditioning felt good--active rounds but not a lot of banging, definitely not throwing 100%

After first time lifting regular weights in a couple months--going to see how this feels on elbow and what it does to flexibility

Lateral Raises--10,8,6,5 (single arm 5 sec eccentric) strength was pretty good for first day back

dumbbell pause floor fly--8 x 8 30 sec break, huge pump (this was last night at 730--doubt I escaped severe DOMS but has not hit yet)

Overhead Rope Triceps ext--4 sets of 12
