Did 6:00 total of dips (was resting up for boxing workout Monday)

Between sets of dips did agility ladder and neck work----good workout

Boxing Coach no showed, I'll give one more chance if not wasn't meant to be just did boxing drills at my house

The way I have been training my joints feel great, best in recent memory.........

Here is my client Johnny Do, nailing a 630 raw squat no wraps!  This was a PR and he hit a PR total we had to work around injuries and had unrelated lifting hospitalization two and half weeks out.............it will be scary when this guy can truly train the way he is capable........very courageous man
