Some things to think about.⁣

 
If you are the CEO, Manager or someone who runs a company, knowing what you know of yourself, would you hire you if your job was available? If not, what are you doing to increase your value? ⁣

If you don’t care, why are you working there?⁣

If you are an employee, could you be replaced by someone better and more skilled for less than you’re compensated?⁣

If so, what are you doing to make your worth greater? If you don’t care, why are you still there? ⁣

If you are a trainer or coach, would you hire yourself? ⁣

If not why? What are you doing to get better?⁣

The takeaway is, regardless of the position, you always need to be building your skills or you will be demoted, replaced or go out of business. ⁣


Think of ALL the changes in work and technology over the past 5 years. If you aren't with them, you're being stagnant. If you're behind, your value is worth less than the industry you're in. If you are on top of it all, your value is competitive. If you excel at it, and make that your standard, you will rise to the top.⁣
