Well...it's the bottom of the 8th and the bases are loaded.  Naaaa, what I mean to say, as the end of the month rolls towards us, the Selkow's have a busy couple weeks.

We have a two hour drive today Saturday the 29th for the last away lacrosse game and thats after we dashed to Oakland the entire opposite direction to pick up new hockey gear for tomorrow and Monday's practice before we head off to Minnesota for a tournament starting this Thursday.  (Takes a deep breath)

The hockey practices are held in the Hell Hole called Stockton because that's the only ice available.

Monday's practice is at our own ice in Freemont which can be a drag if the traffic is predictable.

Now all that we have to sandwich our regular work days and schedule training.  OH YEA!  Organize the care for Cooper our dog.

Blast Strap Rows: 100 reps

Suspended Knees to Elbows: 3x12

Side Flex using the 45 degree back extension: 2x12

Front Plank Roll Overs: 2x8

End of the Bench Straight Leg Raise: 3x12
