The other day I watched the remake of "Point Break". The action and stunts were incredible. Like most, I thought the first one was better, after all Keeanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze? I didn't even know the actors in the remake...BUT, man it got my heart pump'n.
That's when I realized that I actually liked the villain more than the any other villains. Bohdi and I have similar mind sets. Each of us has our own path. No one can choose it for you, no one can live it for you.
The sooner I figured this out, was the moment that I started looking at things from more than ONE (or even TWO) angles.
It doesn't harden you as a person, in fact it allows you to have more empathy while not sympathizing.
Your path is different than mine. You can come along with me on mine as long as it tracks parallel to your own. But once you cross over and try to live MY life, then there is no longer two paths it was reduced to ONE and think about it...How uninteresting that is.
