I seriously don't mind aging.  I have done ok so far taking care of doing things I did in my younger days.  (although not as fast or as sexy)

What I do enjoy is being able to forecast the weather with my joints better than the meteorologists.

 

Today's Training:

Warm up

Box Jumps: 10x2 at a scary height.  If you think, "no problem...I have this." raise it up.  It has to be at a height that makes you go, "Oh man......"

Over come the fear and then step down and do it again.

GHR: 3x20

Reverse Hyper: 3x20

OHP: 4x10

DB LR: 4x10

DB FR: 4x10
