I get a lot of promises and lip service of what people DREAM of themselves doing, a year from now, a month from now, a week from now, tomorrow.

I will always listen to what they say they want to do knowing full well 20% will actually do 20% of what they SAID.

Do you want to know how I know this? It's the 80/20 rule and it has never been wrong.

80% of your time is wasted. 20% is the productive part

80% of the time you will fail, but that 20% victory is oh so sweet.

80% of what people SAY they will do will result in 20% actually doing it.

20% that DO what they say, have a 100% greater chance of accomplishing something over the 80% that don't do a thing and only talk about it!

Do what you say you are going to do and you'll be ahead of 80% of the population!

My Training Partner said he needed to take a picture of my legs doing bent over BB Rows to show me my development. I told him "ok, cool. go for it"

He says my legs are "RIPPED" I think I have a big butt that needs a sign..."Caution Wide Load" and a backup beeper. hahaha
