Floor Press:  Keep going up in weight hitting triples.

When you can't do any more triples, start adding a chain per side until you can't do the SINGLES.

Go FOR BROKE!!!

Skull Crushers: 4x8

Face Pulls: 4x15x+10 pounds more than last week

Single Arm OHP:

2 warm-up sets x 10 reps

3 Work sets x 15 reps

Shrugs: 3x8x405

Bike Commute: 20 mins.

AirDyne II: 30 minutes
