I post the daily workouts because I have a few people that follow along with my program and they aren't anywhere near where my gym is at.

However,  I see a LOT of folks that can't go through a session without taking photographs of THEMSELVES and posting on ALL the networks and they aren't coaches at all.

It goes with my saying..."How can you tell if a person eats right, drinks pre-workouts and shakes, and goes to the gym every day??? Don't worry, they'll tell you...Oh, how they will fucking tell you..."

 

Today's Training: 

AirDyne: 30 mins

Dynamic Bench: 12x2

C/S Row: 4x10

Push-ups: 100 reps in as few sets as possible

DB Lateral Raise: 4x8x Stupid Heavy...even if you are only moving them with a swing and only getting 12 inches out to the side.  GO HEAVY

Shrugs: 4x12

Woodchops: 3x15

Ab Crunch: 100 reps

Bike Commute: 28 mins.
