I thought of using a cool photo of my own, but Clint Darden is one of THE best at not giving an excuse.  He epitomizes GRIT and determination.  If you knew his story you'd understand that this man could surely take the easy way out, yet HE REFUSES!

Run: 5K  Fast!

Dynamic Squat: 10x2x225 + Three chains per side

Dead Lift: 10x1x275  Dip, Grip, and Rip

 

Tier II

Squat: 10x10x70

Split Squat: 10x10 each leg x 45

Box Jump w/ double pump at the top and bottom of the movement:
