I like to say work smarter not harder all of the time.  However, some folks forgot to work at all!

If you don't put the work in, you have no excuse for the failures.  Work smarter you say?  Bullshit!  Try putting SOME effort into it!!!

Sometimes the lack of discipline simply pisses me off!
