As we move towards the future, there has always been some resistance for me to change. Luckily the Team back at EliteFTS HQ have great patients and are willing to hold my hand as we move forward.
Sheena Leedham is my personal "Guardian Angel" that is quick to lend me a smile and then has willingness to explain things to me as if I'm in the second grade. (I love that chica)
Hopefully as I try the new format out, I don't blow anything up! Well...maybe a few Ka-booms, you know...just to make it my own.

AirDyne: 30 minutes
Prowler: 5x120 yards x 60 additional pounds
Dead Lift: 15x1 x 275 lbs
Banded Seated Leg Curl: 100 reps in as few sets as possible w/ medium bands
GHR's: 100 reps in as few sets as possible
Seated DB Shrugs: 100 reps in as few sets as possible x 100 lbs DB's
Scapular Retractions: 100 reps in as few sets as possible x 50 lbs DB's
