Thursday was a holiday for us, really not sure what it was but nobody worked. That meant that my wife would be home to watch my son so I could spend some serious time at the gym.

Woke up with a good "attitude" and it carried me through the gym and the day.

I drove all the way home and realized that I left my Holy Briefs hanging outside the gym door (to dry in the Sun) so I went back and got them.

Good strong day inspired by Jason Pegg and his beard. I'd say that it was also Wendler-beard inspired...but as Jason QUOTED Jim, "Jim says he hates you" so...

I see tons of errors on my squat. Hard to arch the weight out without someone running the rack, my right knee is moving all kinds of ways, knees aren't going OUT, and I'm not sitting back near enough. Technique, technique, technique!

If you have advice...send it my way!
