Arm Swings

Arm swings are an easy exercise to do an a great way to warm up your shoulders before you began training.

Keeping your arms straight, swing your right arm in front of you, and your left arm in back. After you reach this position, reverse the motion; i.e. Left arm in front, right arm in back.

I like to increase my ROM during the exercise, so I don't go for broke on the first rep.
