Finally a way to blast your triceps for guy with beat up shoulders and elbows.

This is one of the best tricep movements I have found. The feel is dead on for what I am looking for. But, I am not you so who knows what you are looking for????

I have found the best way to do this is to lay over a rounded surface like the Glute Ham Raise or Stability Ball. Start with your arms in an extended position with your thumbs facing each other. As you lower keep you elbows high and to the sides keeping all the stress on the triceps.
Once you hit the bottom position extend back to the start.
