Floor Press Off Pins

Floor pressing off pins will allow you to train your bench from a dead stop, which is one of the best way to work through sticking points. Depending on the pin setting, your elbows may or may not be touching the floor like in a normal floor press. Treat this lift as though it were a normal bench press. The pins will limit the bar movement allowing you to focus on pressing through your difficult points.
