Performing Medleys are insane for developing work capacity and strength endurance.
In addition, mental toughness will improve big time from these challenging medleys.
We place a variety of tools at one end of our lot, drag, push, pull, spring, walk, drag, carry one object down.....return to the start by sprinting, then we hit the next object and so on until we finish them all.
We then rest and repeat to bring the weights / objects back.
You can have dumbbells, barbells, sandbags and anything else you want to move!
You can snag a lot of strange stuff at junk yards, which may only need a slight cleaning and some rustoleum sprayed on to clean it up!
