This exercise is one that you do after you hit a huge PR on a board press or something similar and just don't care what you do. I mean, what the hell are you going to do after you hit a 30lbs PR? You do some side raises and call it a day.

This exercise is strictly for PR Days. Maybe two sets of 10 reps - that's it, though.
