Suspended Arched Back Good Morning

Arched back good mornings are great for working the entire posterior chain. When you add chains to the mix and suspend the bar, you're taking the eccentric phase out of the movement. The lift now differs from a standard good morning in that it has a static start. The static start will help you learn to explode out of the bottom of the lift.
