Walking 2 hand KB swings

This exercise is an excellent movement for improving conditioning and improving strength endurance in the posterior chain.

reps above 10 work best in this movement

To perform the walking swing, you must first notice that at the top of the swing there is a moment where the Kb is weightless.

This "weightless" moment is where you step forward with one foot and then the other.

Once the bells goes through the legs, snap through the hips as you would a normal swing and take another 2 steps forward (one w/each foot).

I recommend stepping with your dominant foot first to gain proficiency. Then, begin with non dominant foot and eventual build to alternating the lead foot.

Do not allow technique to suffer as you fatigue, this is a BIG mistake people make when using kettlebells.
