Today Dave and co-host Sam Brown sit down with guest Brian Carroll.  Brian is a world record holding powerlifter who most recently squatted 1306 in competition.  Brian also is the owner of Power Rack Strength, author of "Gift of Injury", and a McGill Method certified practitioner who helps low back pained athletes and clients feel, move, and perform at their best.  These episodes have a little bit of everything!
